Settled in the 1970’s and since then has become one of the most exclusive areas only 5 km. distance from the famous award-winning blue flag beaches of Guardamar. Quesada is a neat residential area with nice landscaped features, stunning views of the Murcian mountain backdrops, surrounded by a countryside of orange & lemon groves just beside the Lagoon and the famous salt lakes of Torrevieja.

Altea

Altea

Altea is without doubt one of the most charming towns to be found on the Costa Blanca. Located in the region of Alicante it enjoys a privileged location and an excellent mild climate, with an average year round temperature of 18 to 20°C. Altea consists of a new and an old neighbourhood. The old part of town is perched on a hilltop where you will find breath-taking views, especially at night when peeking over the illuminated town whilst enjoying a romantic dinner in one of the many cosy restaurants. The beautiful blue-and-white tiled church dome that proudly peaks out among the glistening white houses in Altea’s old town has become an icon of the Costa Blanca.
